My client has an Alpha 100 TT15, and has brought the device because it doesn't show any map.
The device is registered with Garmin and Basecamp. I have previously downloaded maps to the device from BirdsEye.
It appears that those maps are still in the device, as they appear listed on the System/Map/Map Information.
The map was Disabled. I tried to Enable it. It then shows the Map as ENABLED. However, when I go back to the Map display - it only shows the dog avatars, and a blank (white) screen, and no maps, no trails, NOTHING.

I tried to connect the device to the Garmin Express, with no success. I tried the same with the BaseCamp - nothing.

Any idea, what is the problem?
