Hi. Anyone has the updated gmapdem.img for 2017.10 ?
Only ones I can find seem to be old ones. Thanks in advance.

DEM maps [gmapdem.img] aren't tied to a specific detail map the way 3D Building and Landmark [gmap3d.img] maps are, so there is no 'new' DEM map. It's been unchanged for some years now. Barring a shift in the San Andreas Fault or an asteroid strike [God forbid!] or suchlike not much is likely to change or has changed in the basic gross geography of North America for quite some time.
EDIT: Oops! Pipped at the post by SF [aka Speedy Gonzales] yet again.

I have the exact same problem with the Lower 49 States that I downloaded from and posted about the problem on another forum. I get an error message popup that reads, "Detailed Maps are required for routing. No detailed maps are found on this unit." The full image file works fine but I believe the Lower 49 States map image file is corrupted. I downloaded the unlocked map file twice and I had the same problem with both downloads.

From Post #1 by Paveli, according to Neil's suggestion, this I downloaded the locked image file for the Lower 49 States and unlocked it with gimgumlock. I put the SD card in my card slot, turned it on and, Voila!, this time it worked perfectly. Thanks Neil, you hit the nail on the head.
This is probably discussed, but when the like button is pushed and F5 is depressed, nothing happens to the appearance of the link for instance on post 2 (This post requires you to click the "LIKE this post" button and hit F5 to read this content). If you hit like again it says you don't have permissions to undo...Any advice or is there a link to instructions? Used to be you just had to Like the post.....
Thx
It depends on your browser probably or its settings or the adblock you are using.

I see you indeed clicked like (your name is listed). After hitting the [F5] function key the links should become visible. Have you tried closing and reopening your browser? You could also try another browser (Chrome, Firefox). Please report back.
Edit:
This time Caty beat me to it...
