First of all, thx to Alviora

Second, if someone has downloaded the "Locked MSI Installer" file posted by Alviora is going to receive the three versions for FREE!!!

Only you have to unzip the CarteBlancheUkraineNT.msi file and you're gonna see three files (you need to rename it each one erasing the "_2", "_3" and "_4" respectively):

NOTE: all files have "Ms 1", so you need to change it with GMapTool.
