    In my part of Moscow region I see some speed limit corrections and at last 5 years old, first in Russia, Selgros mall. But without routable roads around it. And this take 5 (FIVE!!!)years of work from navicom. Meanwhile on Here roads coverage and speed limits in this area much more correct.
