First, install the map version 3.3.4 in PC. Then, update to the last version.
To unlock use: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and run as administrator in gmap folder.

Locked version, unlock with: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Put the .img file in SD/map directory, and the POIs in SD/Garmin/POI (create the folders, if they not exist yet), unlock the map (drag the icon from the map and drop it onto the icon of the gimgunlock.exe); and that's all! It's done!
For my device, I also used GMapTool, selected “edit” and set MS to 0 (zero): [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Other way to change MS flag to zero, in one click, is to use ImgTool: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
