Yes 450 Baht for Thai unit if map is one year old, can be more if you don't update regularly
950 Baht for a unit that is not Thai, ie not an Esri unit, European, American etc.

The files for download in Posts 1, 8 & 10 (10 being ozboss') are image files, both Locked and Unlocked, which when unlocked you place directly in your unit or preferably an sd card. They are not for loading by MS. Read this: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
