The most important difference is:

Topo Pro and Cyclo are NT maps,
simple Topo is non NT, so that this map is usable on older devices too

The details of Topo Pro and Cyclo are based on scale 1 : 25k, simple Topo on 1 : 50k.

Cyclo is more full of contrast and has other routing preferences (for cyclists) than Topo and Topo Pro (for walkers).
