Hi. I have some problems too. I have a nvi 1490T and I tried to put cityXplorerEU maps, but it doesn't work for me. First of all I tried with the file from the post #2, but my device is restarting. After that I tried the file from the post #1 (the MMR file for devices excepting 37xx series) with the corresponding .unl file, but it wasn't recognized by my nvi. The third attempt was with the MMR file for 37xx series posted on #13 with the .unl file. In all this cases I used the unit ID, FID 800 or 2473, depending on the map and PID 1, 2 or nothing, but the map wasn't recognized. After many tries (different combinations of maps and different .unl files) I succeeded to put the file from the post #2 and it was recognized (I can see the name on the map info page), but the EPM wasn't available. Now this last map doesn't work anymore (after I turn on the device, it tries to load the maps, but it turns off). I have City Navigator Europe NT 2012.20 which works well put on sd/Map folder and everytime I put the cityXplorer map on the same folder.
Can somebody tell me what could be the problem?

L.E.: I figured out that I didn't utilize the proper unit ID. I utilized the code marked on the GPS (1Q1.. - 9 characters), and I read that the unit ID which have to be write in the JM KG is the one which is found in the in Garmin folder, GarminDevice.xlm file. Now the map works well for me. Thanks Catymag.
