it's a 3790 fw 4.10 , but POIs are from MarcoPolo Europe guide, Us/Eu 3790 cant show map POIs (unluckily), but on other devices and with foreigners firmwares ,POIs should be present normally.

You don't a need a tracker on noeman for distributing torrents. And file sharing sites have a very low bandwidth, when they work at all.
For the JCV thing, if I use mapsource for building the gmapsupp, is JCV conserved from 2011.40?

We'r not a torrent tracker sorry, JCV file must be downloaded separately and copied in JCV folder, every new release have a different new JCV file

Software is usual from garmin.com. I am forgot from which version SW 2xx support for 4Gb map is began. A long time ago it happened. But all devices from series 2xx support 4Gb map and customs voice today. Last version on site is 4.00 for 2xxW and 5.00 for 2xx.
