Simply because your antivirus is unable to scan inside the .exe and gives a false alarm, I suggest ot replace antivirus scanners giving false alarms because aren't reliable. This Win.Trojan.Meredrop-91is detected by Microsoft Security Essential since Oct 07, 2008.
