thank you, do you know if i can have 2 maps of the same country, but different companies without a problem?

cuz i already have smartways for costa rica, and i cannot make navsat work, and that could be a reason.

the problem was gmapsup2 in sd card. zzzzz lol
i can see the map now ....
amazing just the name was problem

Hi! I know there's a new version of the maps released on September 6th, but I'm not able to find it anywhere.
We'd all appreciate if someone posts it.
Also, I'm looking to switch from GarminXT to iGO for Windows Mobile. Does anyone has the maps and the software to do that?

Hello,
This "new version of the map released on september 6th" is not for Garmin GPS units, it is for Navigator NV101, the map format is not *.IMG as the unit uses IGO Amigo Software, map format is not compatible. The map is downloaded via Naviextras Toolbox, and you have to pay for it if your unit is not purchased to NAVSAT.

Have you seen a new Garmin version (I guess) where you see in the screen like if you were really driving in it, I mean full 3D animation? Is this map compatible with that newest version. Thanks again!

I got a Nuvi 1300 and it does show the map in 3D perspective!!
