Map ID 2210

Garmin maps with mapid 2200 or greater needs a GMA file with a digital certificate to work with MapSource 6.15.9 - 6.16.2. Otherwise it's just unlocked but not authorized.
Use a special patched MapSource v6.16.2 or some older MapSource 6.14.x - 6.15.7.

Please forgive my ignorance, I get two files gmappsupp and jvc file and when I open that path in xp and get inside the map folder itself(C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\GARMIN\Maps), how do I proceed? eg do I make another folder and paste them inside similar to the other folders there eg (citynavigator gamp )etc but they seem to have more files inside the folders? any help getting into mapsource itself would be appreciated

You could not use gmapsupp and jcv in MapSource on PC

Unlocked Mapsource Version

Install Mapsource v6.16.2, apply the patch
Unrar in C:\Garmin\CNAUSNZNT2011.10
Run Install.bat (as Administrator)
If asked, in Mapsource unlock with the k3y in Mapsourcek3y.txt

To uninstall, run Uninstall.bat

Thank you everyone for the uploads. My question is the AUSNZNT2011.10_LaneAssistant.zip only has one file which is 1KB in size! Is this how its suppose to be? I hope its not a corrupt file.

also to confirm the lane assist file goes in Garmin/JVC like the jvc file itself?

The attached zip file contains a DLC (Download Link Container) file to be used with JDownloader or CryptLoad.
DLC files is used to protect the real URLs from being discovered and blocked by Garmin.

ok, what am I doing wrong here? I dl the files, unpacked them and tried loading into both jDownloader and Cryptload and nothing - jDownloader indicates that it is a bad DLC file/Cryptload doesn't do anything.

Any suggestions??

Very interesting, it's working for everyone except you.
I tested files now wit CryptLoad and all are OK
Maybe you need only decent program like WinZip or WinRar to unpack those zip files

For all:

DO NOT USE 7-ZIP FOR UNPACKING ZIP AND RAR ARCHIVES !!!
DO NOT DOWNLOAD ATTACHMENTS WITH DOWNLOAD MANAGERS AND ACCELERATORS !!!

...well, I am downloading as normal, and unpacking with WinRAR x64 3.90 - one odd thing I noticed is that the file extension is not *.DLC once unpacked, so maybe something wrong with the way it decompresses (no managers or accelerators used in the download). Will try a different program to unzip.
