You need to unzip to a folder in (say) c drive.

Open Part1.rar, and click on "Extract to". It will ask you which folder, and you then click OK.

After they are unzipped, go to the folder, and in the IMG folder run the .msi file to load into Mapsource.

Go to mapsource > utilities >manage map products >unlock regions >add >the 25 digit code you create with keygen >restart mapsource.
