need help with freezing

hello to all
for the past week my drive assist 51 lmt-s like freezes when i try to navigate between screen especially when looking up addresses i've tried hard reset 3 times no luck everything is up to date i thought if i did a touch screen reset or re-alignment but i can't find any info on how to.

ok it seems if i disable the bluetooth it doesn't do it so far but i use the bluetooth on for smart phone link app for traffic info anybody know of a fix or update to bluetooth .?? thanks

Some recent firmware versions caused problems with BT in other Drive Series devices, for example: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Try updating the firmware.

Connect to GarminExpress or WebUpdater and it will prompt you to update to latest version. Should be V4.40. Or get it from Perry site and load it manually but make sure you have a US/EU firmware device with HWID 2590:
