Thread: Cannot connect Garmin nuvi 3760 NO matter what.

Hello,

I've done some scouting on these forums and google in general regarding my problem.
I want to update my Nuvi but it doesn't get recognised by either of my 2 computers. i've tried several cables.

I tried to go to preboot setting but when i turn on the nuvi and hold topleft i see system flashing and it goes to loading and the it boots up as usual.

i cannot change the MTP mode or anything else, the diagnostics page does not show me this option.



i installed the drivers for usb on the garmin website as well but they do not help. i tried all usb ports too.

Both of my computers use Windows 10 Pro x64 could this be the problem?

I changed it with other way. Take note.

1. Power on GPS
2. Go to volume settings
3. Press on up right corner for 10 seconds
4. Go to MTP settings and set Mass Storage

It works for me, I hope helps you
