Unlocking garmin maps help!

I did as you said and it seems that these maps are unlocked. I tried to put a file gmapsupp.img to garmin memory Garmin folder, not at sd card, and it still cant detect this map. I wonder what is going wrong, I can explore this maps in basecamp after connecting my garmin to pc :/

Why not try these maps and see if they work on your Garmin.

Is that a matter of protection of this map? How it is protected? I am looking for a map which will contain a forest borders designated by superintendency, and this map have it. Maybe do you know how can I get this kind of map ? It's really important.

Hi all,

I'm one of authors of discussed maps. I can help you with any questions except how to copy this work.

We can't share these maps free, since they contain commercial data. If someone cr*cks them and publishes unlocked version, then data provider could withdraw their license and this would mean the end of the map. Remember, these are maps created by GPS enthusiasts for GPS users. I think 35 Euro for maps, big SD and 1 year of updates is rather good price. And we will add more content, if you won't destroy our product.
