but I used GTM 35 in Thailand

My question is, since my Garmin unit is 3790LMT (Lifetime Map & Traffic) do I have to buy GTM with Lifetime traffic or not, And If ...... I get with Lifetime Traffic does it covers all European Countries (excluding Ex YU and some other country as mentioned above) but in general is it for Western European Countries with Lifetime Traffic or it's only for certain Country in Europe. (And please can someone explain what is the difference between GTM35 and GTM36)

In Ex yu country you don't need GTM60

With your nuvi you can use GTM35 or GTM36.

You can buy as separate GTM35 but GTM36 came with LMT unit, this is only difference.
If you buy GTM for EU than you have all traffic subscription on GTM ( Croatia and Serbia use free, no subscription needed, so you don't need code )

In GTM with lifetime this subscription is preinstalled:

V-Traffic (France)
Traffic Master (United Kingdom)
TMC Pro (Germany)
Via-Michelin (France)

Since on E-bay, I don't see a big difference on price between GTM35 and GTM36, and since my unit 3790LMT came with GTM36 I am going to purchase ''GTM36 with Lifetime Traffic''

And your mentioned countries above ''the codes or keys of those countries'' are they written on GPS device or GTM. I am asking this question since my concern is if I get any GTM36, how can I know is it for Europe, USA or Asia ..... or i takes the codes from GPS unit ... (If the codes are written on GPS unit then I will not be worried since my unit is bought in Europe)
