The zero content file in the Garmin folder is gmappupdate.gsd which is associated with the JCV file, the files in the Map folder are gmapupdate.gma [3KB] the GMA file for the map, gmapupdate.img [1756128KB] being the NA map itself, and gmapupdate.unl [1KB] the map unlock code.
All your files are correct. Remove the mircoSD from the unit, backup your favourites, hard reset it or clear NV, turn it off, re-insert the card then reboot the unit and it should show the map. If it doesn't check the format of the card, try a reformat [FAT32] then re-download the map or try the files on another card.
