If your having problems keeping your GARMIN suction cap stuck to the window or dash of your car just smear a thin layer of honey onto the cup surface area and re-fix - its a sweet solution!

For me the best is alcohol exhausts from mouth. It is clean and hygienic plus a double coefficient of performance - get in and get out.
Garmin, how much is 30 pieces of silver for Judas today? Were they worthy for crucifix of GPSPower?
In my case (and i suspect yours too Gioman) best to not do that when first out of bed in an attempt to avoid melting the synthetic suction cup ...

Oh Drat! dasilvarsa has come up with a good idea. I suppose we'll have to be serious again Giomen. Following on from G's alcohol breath idea, it's actually true that cleaning the glass with metho or an alcohol based cleaner such as Windex and then thoroughly polishing the area with newspaper (yes, newspaper) before applying a silicone based dash product works extremely well.
If it seems like too much trouble then just use spit ...
