No. That program's for imaging a drive for backup or archive purposes. Nothing to do with Garmin's proprietary .img format for maps in devices or sd card. If you wish to make a copy of a *.img map from a media card or device, you may simply copy/paste it. Read up here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

Regarding map .img files on SD/microSD cards purchased from Garmin (to which i'm sure you are referring), yes, you may simply copy them. Depending on how the cards are obtained, the maps on them may be locked to either the card (they can be then used with that card in any device but not on another card), or they may be locked to a particular device, in which case they cannot be used other than for that device. That is, unless they are unlocked using one of the unlockers from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Have a look first at some of the tuts in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] first, scoll down to 'Unlocking soft ,maps and IMGs' in the index.
