I have a 760 which can see the buoy's during navigation
But mt 2360 can not. It only can see them in map mode view

Which nuvi can and which nuvi can not?

G'day Mick,
Thought i'd get the ball rolling and muck around with that BC g2 HPC024R you wanted to get into MS last week. Here are some screenshots from my 1300 (US model) showing a map view of St Helena Isl and 3 views of a simulated route at the south of Mud Isl in Moreton Bay. As you know i'm really not a boatie but i think the St Helena symbols are from LH clockwise: Major fixed light, lit beacon & lit buoy. If so, there's a lit beacon & buoy showing on the navigation below Mud Island. Functions are obviously very basic with BCs in 1300. It also crashed twice with Run Time Liberty Trap errors when i pushed it hard on scrolling/zooming, but is not meant to run bluecharts at all. Might get someone out of trouble in a pinch if their plotter failed and that's all. Tried it on GMPC too for a laugh, surpised when it showed it ok zoomed out (green contours at least) but fails when you try to zoom in and shows no symbols. Sorry about the SpongeBob Boat, it's the only slightly nautical vehicle in my garage

BlueChart g2 HPC024R shows the buoys whilst navigating on the 760 but not on the 2360

Are you using the latest FW on your 2360 - 350? I read that there are improvements in the map elements showed on the navigators on this series in the latest FW. I have seen nuvi 2360 and agree with you that it is "better gps".

You mean the ones in my zip file? They're .bmp files (bitmap). The default program is usually Windows Picture Viewer, but you can use any number of others eg Apple Picture Viewer, Windows Live Photo Gallery etc. Just about any picture editing software as well like Paint, Photoshop etc.

Still not visible in any of the viewers can you please download and check the zip file??

Downloaded it 4 times, all ok. Have included a little standalone viewer "IrfanView" and attached again here. If you still have problems, try unzipping with 7-zip. Free program, just google it.

I tried every extension previously
