I also have a Nuvi 1350 and have been uploading custom maps created on Mapsource. But found out recently that that GPS will accept maps and waypoints but not routes.

Nuvi 1350 street view on mapsource
Dear All,
I've read through the forum and I'm still lost.
I bought a nuvi1350 and I'm trying to load custom routes into my GPS unit.
I've installed mapsource (ver 6.15.11). On my GPS I can see the streets and street names, however on mapsource no street information appears at all.
I really need help on this

You need to install map on PC for Mapsource. See thread on the forum for your version of installed in Nuvi map. Or update your map on garmin.com with checked option: "Install map on PC".
