Navsat maps are not working in MapSource

Hello.. I've read all posts related with CR Navsat maps; I've followed the instruction in all cases, and I'm unable to see the map in map source ...
my head is about to explode. can andybody tell me what I've done wrong?
I have a Garmin nuvi 285W

Which instructions did u follow?
From my knowledge, its a compiled Image, not a Mapsource version.
So as long as u haven't made a mapsource version, u can't see it
