Garmin Nuvi 3790T problem with uploading the maps

Hello Experts,

I have the following problem:

GPS Unit: Garmin Nuvi 3790T.
Software: Updated to the last version via WebUpdater.
Map: Downloaded from this site the Israel Map:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Problem:

Having this map, having the garmin unlocker, can't upload to my 3790T device the needed map.

Tried doing this via img2gps - failed to recognize the device, even if the computer recognizes it.

Also tried via mapupload - error with I\O(error 998)

Please guide me step by step from zero, how to upload this map to my Garmin.
Without loosing any feature of the map like routing, or anything else.

I need it urgently because I am going to the country and must have this GPS tuned up.

use Fast Img Unlocker to unlock
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
connect your 3790 to your pc in storage mode and copy the img in an sd in a "Map" directory, the name of the file can be anyname.img
