loading progres bar or animation

There are igo primo loading bar default or edited in any primo version data, or branding or UI_IGO9 folder
and there are in some Becker version of igo- animation instead of loading bar- usualy policeman
or in some skins -check picture

and my question is where in configuration of igo primo can you change line
to load animation instead of loading progress bar
igo bmp files of loading bars are default named
loading_progressbar.bmp
loading_progressbar_end.bmp
and for becker
animalt_police_man.jpg and or a added file usually animalt_police_man.spr

maybe instructions were on old version of this site but all of it are deleted and links are dead
if you can help me what file in data.zip to change or copy from becker data.zip post here,
somebody else will be also grateful ,beside me of-course
