Is it possible to update this device with the last maps version?
I bought the car recently from other region and the only thing i managed to do is change the region for free thru TTHome.

@ifancho, It is impossible to make a map card for this system like it is with NB1. In this case, you need to buy a ready-made card. The last available version with the map is 1065 in the form of an SD carrier. You can also always update to the latest 1085 version available with TT Home.

sd card for this map is based in CID protection ....so you need cid sd.............

99 procent.....solution with patched ttsystem for carminat live and this mazda is avaible....but not for public........maybe we need to open post...a new post for this 2 units with patched system....maybe Simba he want to help us

So if i buy CID changeble card from AliE and i edit the CID number to be same as mine i can put last possible maps. 1065 you say. Is there a step by step guide somewhere for this unit?

@ifancho, Rather, you will not buy a card on aliexpress where you will be able to edit the CID. Only some Samsung cards had this option.
Besides, it is not about editing the CID number, but about securing the card itself in the chip. Read my previous post and what my friend @Boki_Srb wrote. Only buying a ready-made card makes sense in your case. Search ebay or some local retailer. You will find it for sure. Once you buy it, you put it in the car reader and go. You don't have to do anything else.

Its not that i cant buy ready-sd card from here. I found 2022 maps for 50eu here. The problem is that i really want to do it on my own with forum help of course. Reading CID card on Linux seems possible. Buying card from AE seems ok. They have many cards to chose from. The procedure after that seems blur and not that well explaind anywhere

hmmmmmm you need an sd toolbox.......or a compatible notebook with linux.......best way is sd toolbox
