I'm not a specialist but as far as I'm aware, since 2010 TomTom devices use a different kind of connection so only TomTom My drive ( PC software) can see internal storage of your device. This is available for all newer devices which runs Navcore higher than 9.85, if I remember well. TomTom Go 1000 is one of them, I owned a device like this and it had Navcores 10.xxx.

Help Tomtom go 1000
is there anyone who can see Tomtom Go 1000 in window's 10 explorer? as a disk?
or can you only see tomtom Mydrive.
