Hi, I have looked for help on the Internet, but cannot find anything useful enough. I had to replace my TomTom's harddrive and screen. The problem now is that when the GO910 screen lights up, it shows no message, no splash screen, no cross, nothing -- it just remains blank (white). The device is recognised by the TomTom HOME2 software (which updated it once, when the harddrive was blank, but now every time still indicates that I need to update it, however, shows nothing to update on the updates screen). I can also see the contents of the harddrive properly in Windows Explorer (all the files + I've put a map there that worked last). What could be wrong? Am I missing some basic boot info? Did I need anything more than just format the new harddrive to FAT32?
