Becker Ready 6 EU - TMC problem

Hallo,
I have Becker Ready 6 EU GPS ( Becker BE B71 / SN:BBF71K1500074 ) with Igo Primo 9.6.13.405512 and software working fine, only i have problem with TMC.
My TMC working only in Austria and Germany, last week in Slowenia tmc wont work. Second tmc working one time and after ignition is off wont work again so i need restart whole gps.
From orginal GPS files i have copyied this files: TMCGPS.dll, VAUTOV5.dll, BBFOOMP9140114.con and lyc files
