How to set skin in Igo Primo ?

Hi,
I have a Galaxy Note 4 and a Galaxy J3
On both phone I have installed the same Igo Primo pack (iGO_9.6.29.636868_sys_not_changed-1) (so the same data.zip and sys.txt + everything)
Note 4 resolution :2560x1440
J3 resolution : 1280x720
( Note 4 res = 2xJ3 res , in the sys file "double_pixel_mode=1")

There are some skins in content\skin\ folder .
In the app Settings _Display, I have only the default day and night to choose on Galaxy Note 4 , while I can see all ( and can change between ) on Galaxy J 3

Please help me to figure out ,what's the problem ?
