Possible to convert a Nuvi 3597LMTHD to RV 760LMT or similar?

To be more specific, I'm really just looking for the ability to enter the size of my RV and get the RV friendly routing capability. I have no need for connecting to a camera which I realize may not be possible even if successfully converted. I don't even care if I lose voice capability, bluetooth, or even traffic. As long as it will continue to charge with the magnetic mounting system, I'll be fine.

To have any chance of conversion the device's PCB P/N must match that of the donor firmware. Your nuvi 3597 has PCB 105-02150-00. I don't think that there is any RV/Camper or dezl device with that matching number but i haven't checked closely. Read this thread to get a better idea of how conversions are possible: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Any attempt to simply splice some feature/s from one firmware to another won't work, it must involve a conversion using either complete or hybrid firmware.
