@Kralex,
This Nuvi comes with all of Europe with life time maps.
Why are you not using Garmin Express to download the latest maps.
Plus the map is split half on the memory and half on the sd card because of the size of the map of europe
And if there is enough room on the memory it installs both halves in the memory of the nuvi.
I do need Turkey map
@Kralex,
Europe NTU 2019.10 has Turkey in it.
see screen shot
Spoiler: Turkey
By moving the *.img file to the SD card things do not work.
So I would redo your install and start over and use Garmin Express to install Europe NTU 2019.10 map.
Do not move anything at all.
If you need to install the full map of Turkey then buy it and that can be installed on your SD card in the folder Map.
Give it the name of gmapsup1.img or I think you can call it turkey.img

Hello instead of Europe NTU 2019 I put Openstreetmap balkan map onto my sd card.(Central Europe is still original) It worked properly
My relative will drive to Turkey
Are openstreetmap based maps good? I compared it to google maps. The distance is nearly the same from Germany to Istanbul(2500 KM vs 2490 KM)
@Kralex,
Well I only use them for hiking trips or bicycle trips.
I have never tried to use them to travel 2500KM.
But to answer your question yes they are very go for what they are meant for.
They updated the maps all the time.
sometimes every 2 weeks some times once a month.
If you want to be sure about it working I would install Omsand+ it uses Openstreet maps.
As a backup.....
