Have you check with Garmin Help??

Spoiler: BaseCamp Shows No BirdsEye Subscription

Spoiler: Also you can check the Terra Incognita Forum

I just tested my GPSMAP 66s and used Basecamp to download a Jnx file and all went very smooth. I did not use TerraIncognita as you have.
Could be problems with the software TerraIncognita.....
I found it very easy to use Bascamp to get a BirdsEye view of my test.
Why not just use Basecamp to get your Jnx files??
Also check if your 1 year subscription has expired or not.
    Mine is lifetime......

Good afternoon.Basecamp method to create JNX files works properly. But my custom JNX files have a better resolution/colours/brightness thats why i want to activate them threw Basecamp .

I have read these a lot of times..My last chance is to create a JNX file via Sas planet. Didnt find any solution for this issue.
These custom maps work properly in my device. My purpose is these file to work in a not patched firmware.

With SAS, you can create maps in .img format. They do not require navigator firmware.

Good evening.I know i can do this but when i tried it my unit (alpha 100) had a too slow navigation..Maybe the .img format made by SAS is a little bit too much for the device.
