Free maps from Proyecto Ecuador
Project Ecuador has as its objective the creation and maintenance of GPS maps for Ecuador.

The distribution maps are free, updated monthly and processed through the selfless contribution of anyone who accepts the terms of this project.

They can be used in computers (PCs, laptops), GPS Garmin brand in mobile phones with operating systems: Symbian, Windows or Palm.

Hi! I have just downloaded the Ecuador maps for Garmin and extracted the rar files!
A stupid but sincere question:
How can I update my Garmin GPS or have access to the maps, in my computer?

I suppose you are a newbie, so, don’t forget to read carefully the stick treads like [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
There is no way to you updates your device without any knowledge, so read and learn!

I think you will like a map ready to SD card:
