Perhaps your SO 64bit? From post #1 : It work in 32 and 64 bits....OK,ok....

In this case, you can try may solve the compatibility giving the program for the 32bit

Click with the right *.exe file and choose Properties> Compatibility> (and choose W7 32bit)> Save....

Test....
