    1. Which tool you have used in the preparation of these SHP files for compilation by MPC?
    2. Do you use the custom roads?

    1. Do you have a routing on roads in the source?
    2. Try to switch off 'Create NT Product' in the Detailed Product Configuration and show the log.

    It's not an error, just a warning!
    Most probably, you have used in source the routed polyline with type, which isn't a standard type of roads for the MPC.
    I repeat the questions:
    1. Which tool you have used in the preparation of these SHP files for compilation by MPC?
    2. Do you use the custom roads?

    Most likely, the routing in your source is built incorrectly or it isn't accomplished ...

    @khateeb
    All of these listed types of roads are the standard roads for the MPC - Garmin Roads.

    Most likely, one of the polylines in your source has the routing data, but the type of this polyline is different from the standard Garmin Roads or this type has been missed.

    we divide our data to 12 parts , then put all of them in MPC and the map was built successfully ,without missed any polyline or having any warnings in garmin type.

    but that error was appear when we used the whole data without divide it .

    That's even better!
    These maps created separately and combined into one (gmapsupp) container will be working faster and more stable.
    You can try to experiment with the Sample Project from the distro of MPC ...
