I have this map ( City Navigator Australia & New Zealand NT 2014.40 Sensis) running perfectly on an Streetpilot android S3, however if I try to navigate to any location more than say a 100k or so from home, I get a message "the route is too long, Navigation instructions are added as you approach the destination" and it will not offer different routes.
Yet the same equivalent navteq map (City Navigator Australia & New Zealand NT 2014.40 Navteq) works perfectly and offers several different options as expected.
I have tried both the downloaded "complete image" and a image made from MS, both with the same bug - so the problem seems inherent in the map somehow??

I believe the trouble is the limited capacity of the phone, limited memory to labor with an entire long route. Must be solved with less software or apps running at the same time; or, at least make the phone be able to toil with a longer route... Check this, please. Originally Posted by 2happy
