Yes...it's correct
With the map EU Full active, it doesnt show in Info Map CN Europe NT 2013.10 FullCXEU-2013.10.
Without other maps active,it shows in Info Map CN Europe NT 2013.10 FullCXEU-2013.10.
To verify if the CX works fine ( showing the map 2013.41 or 2013.10), try in Tools>Navigation>Transit Types>Enabled (show)
Or Tools>System>Usage Mode>Pedestrian (and below"Powered by CityXplorer tm")
