The patcher is updated to version 2.9b.
No significant changes in this update, I've only fixed an outdated homepage link, and added a donation reminder dialog.
Here's a direct link: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

I have my Colorado patched with version 2.9b. Works well.
But I have this question : I can see jnx files in Base Camp and in my patched Colorado.
My question : when I zoom in Base Camp I get the raster map zoomed and that's all. In the Colorado, I get the raster map, but when I zoom from 80m to 12m I get a Sat picture. Is there a way to keep the raster map instead of this picture in the device ? Thanks for your help.

    AlexWhiter,
Thanks for the replay. I get something like googleearth ground picture, no more raster map. This happens with GranCanaria.jnx (486 Mo and very good), that I have found on a spanish site.

    I see.
Please make some screenshots of the map from BaseCamp and from your GPS at different zoom levels to check what's wrong.

Question Patch a GPSMAP 62s with the last version

    Hello
I have got a GPSMAP 62s and I want to patch it.
However, I have a couple doubts about it and maybe you could help me with them

The first one is that according to the help file:
Firmware versions supported by the patcher Version 2.9b
    .
    GPSMAP 62/78 2.70, 2.80, 3.00, 3.10, 3.30, 3.40, 3.50, 3.60, 3.80, 3.90
    GPSMAP 62sc/stc 2.40, 2.60, 2.70, 2.80
    .

Show the firmware versions supported for the new patch (2.9b)
So, I dont know which version select since I have a GPSMAP 62s and the options are GPSMAP 62sc or GPSMAP 62, I suppose I have to select the option GPSMAP 62sc/stc

Anyway I dont understand why this difference between GPSMAP 62sc/stc and GPSMAP 62/78 since the Official Garmin firmware is the same for these models:

    GPSMAP 78sc,
    GPSMAP 78s,
    GPSMAP 78,
    GPSMAP 62st,
    GPSMAP 62s
    GPSMAP 62

    Thank you.
