You have to create UNL-files for premium content that are locked. Everything is described about input for UNL-creation in the thread here at post #1 and also in the thread with JM KG v1.5.
If you don't have any previous UNL-file in the Voice directory it's because you only have Garmin standard voices there that are free and not locked.
