Thread: ASR problem on Nuvi 885T

Has ANYONE gotten voice recognition support to work for this (other than on the original maps)? I always get "There is no Speech recognition support for this feature in the current language or selected location. Please use the touchscreen." when trying to use voice on an address.

I have tried 2011.10, 2011.20, 2011.30, 2011.31 and their corresponding ASR files.

Doing a search here yields no meaningful information that I can find and since no one seems to know how to make it work, it might be good to add this information to the first post of each map file.

I suspect there are just different ASR or IMG files for the 885T, or 8XX
