Garmin forerunner 310xt Traning Center Software - how to update map?
hi guys
first of all let me say you have a great communitiy with people with a lot of knowlege and the will to help...
second..
i got the 310xt running watch and it came with Garmin Training Center software.
it has only basemap on it and i would like to know how can i update the Israel map (routble and topo if it's possible)
i downloaded the maps on this forum and copied them but no sucsess, trying to unlock them but still faliure..
can you please point me in the right direction?

i copied the map img to the same folder where the software keeps the base map.
i've tried to ulock it with the unlocker application (key and lock icon)
i've also tried to download an unlocked version you've uploaded and still no results

i know it can't handle maps
i want to change the map on the computer software that came with the device
the software name is "Garmin Training Center" and it comes with a basemap only...

Sorry for misunderstanding, I think you must install maps in MapSource,Training Centre should automatically pick maps up - you shouldnt have to do anything else - TC just detects them and provides them (along with Base Map) as options for you to display your run on.
If you have just an img try this

i managed to install it to mapsource
now the program says it is locked...
how can i open it?
i only need to use it on the pc and not on any device
