What are you going to do? Edit gpi?
I think some icons in where to comes with firmware, like for example in nuvi dedicated to Mini.
Maybe car dealer POIs have icon, have to look for it.
Hi,
I am looking for an encrypted .gpi file. It has to contain english content. The file should also appear directly in the Where-To page with its own logo. Ideally, I would like the file to be small. If the file is not locked, then it is better for me. I can see the content on my GPS.
So, encrypted .gpi, English, unlocked (is possible) and small.

Wanna guess what I want to do with it? LOL!

Well, edit POIs and Icons could be it, but I really want to uncrypt the file to provide the ability to add my POI files directly in the Where-To menu rather than under the Point of Interest folder. This is something POILoader would not do.
Thanks Giomen, but I am not looking for an IMG file, but for a .gpi file. I do not want to extract POI from the map, but from an encrypted .GPI file.
I appreciate the effort thought.

Thanks I will have a look. Icons are optional. The most important part is the file needs to contain English language. I tried to decrypt a Thai file. Very bad idea...
Edit: I d/l the Great Outdoor. It is in English, but it appears under Travel Guide. So it is a little different than what I am looking for. I`ll check the other ones.

I did not manage to move RichPOI to the Where-To menu. They stick in the Travel Guide section. I nearly rewrote the header from scratch, but it does not move. Maybe it just does not work because there is no icon in it. Still, it is a good file to try to decrypt. It has similar encryption as the one I was looking for.
I got this picture from other forum in Thailand., show icon in where to page as turboccc said.
It seems no need to decrypt this file., just put in .system\poi in 37xx ., that's is.
