the posted version of bluechart v2008.5 has included the old mapsource.exe which makes it functional -and when you transfer a file of under 2000 map segments (maximum map segments supported by gps) you will still see depth, zoomed all the way in.

Garmin Mobile XT can show BlueChart maps as described in post #1. It will not be the same as with a real Garmin marine chartplotter. Colors differ from what it's supposed to show as a marine chart and some marine data features will not be accessible.

I just purchased the Oregon 400T and am looking to install Blue Charts America. I read above that it can be done. I have it on my older Garmin already but when I install it in Mapsource the 400t indicates on startup that the map is locked. Can anyone help?
