"Marginal Tietê" and the "RodoAnel (trecho Sul)" in Sao Paulo; has not been updated in the 2011.30.
Only in the next update (2012.10)... (in February 2011)
PS- only AutoGuia 2.27 is updated for both segments (Marginal and Rodoanel)

Very good. We're still in 2010, but we have the 3rd release of 2011 already. Nice way to predict the future!
Does it come with something special? What are the main updates? Any list of funcionalities?

Marginal Tietê and Rodoanel Sul not yet, I think only in February 2011 in new City Navigator Brazil 2012.10

gives a map error, only appears or sul rio grande, and when you change the region restart my garmin 1300.

may be the map was copied badly in your gps or you have another routable map covering the same region, if yes try to deselect it-

The update is since AutoGuia 2.27 or only AutoGuia 2.27
