is it possible to download google maps and then use them in my garmin gps as routable maps?

i see that google has the most detailed map of certain cities in india and i was wondering if i can either

1. download google maps and convert to use in my garmin gps

OR

2. is there a gps navigation software for Win CE that i can download that will give directions using downloaded google maps?
