probably it comes from a Gmaptool mapsource install of 3 versions of Korean CN , can search just by Pois

Hi, can i save this as gmapsupp1.img? Will Garmin recognize this filename?

Most older Garmin units can't use "gmapsupp1.img" as file name for a map. Try "gmapsup2.img" or "gmapsup1.img" instead.
Some newer units can have almost any file name.

Hello. I'm sorry if this has already been answered but I couldn't find it. If I load this onto the nuvi 1450, would it do voice navigation and find places, etc? Work just like my U.S. navigation does? Thanks!

This is much better that the older ver7 as it has the new roads, the old version would tell me to turn right while on an overpass ;-)

I tried to use Gmaptool on the img file for use in Mapsource, but I get the following error message:

Multiple products in img, creating TDB aborted, try option -f
There were errors, result is faulty.

What is option -f, ........ anyone can assist on how to proceed?

..in the img-file are three maps; version 6, 7 and 8. Open the img with GMapTool, go to "split" and select "Create: mapsets by FID" This will create three img-files and that one with FID 2120 is v8. Now you can split that img-file for use in Mapsource...

thanks for the map...i current have a base map inside my nuvi 760 and i've added this map as gmapsupp.img into a sd card and slotted it in, im not in korea now but going back soon but how do i make sure it's working well? I tried searching throught Where to? -> Address -> and at the bottom i can "Change country" but Korea isn't listed.
