this map seems to be only 182 MB

the map is UNLOCKED and the size is 725.11MB

Dear all, just puzzling what version I need. Travel in 1.5 week to china.
Planning to take 2 versions
1x English (I can use myself)
Seems the ENGLISH versions are having an offset
Is a English version available with the offset corrected?
If not how should I correct offset?
1x chinese version (when I get lost I can ask at least taxi driver)
