I tested the dlc file, it works definetely.
The dlc file was generated with jDownlloader.
Normally the dlc file is assigned to jDownloader, so when u click on it, it will show in Linkgrabber all the links

Unfortunately I can't import this DLC file, though I use Jdownloader for a long time. Please see the attached picture, Jdownloader displayed capture links, but no link showed in the window.

Why don't you reinstall Jdownloader, after all it's a problem with it.
