hELLO, sorry to disturb you, but i have bought a nuvi 3760T with Nort America Maps, the question is that i don't have any idea if i need to do something before copy this file to my device, could you indicate any thread to help me if necessary, sorry to disturb but i was a user of TOMTOM in the past, and this is my first Garmin. thanks in advance for your feedback.

hey thanks now it´s working in fact, in 3760 there is a hiden folder with the name \.System , inside i've found the maps of USA, Canada and Mexico, for the brazilian version i 've only created in the root the \map folder (as you said) and now it´s working, my remaining question is if the appearence will be like a track source map insead the CN maps, that have better image quality, because what i saw is that the image is like track source? Another one, if i want to have CN Brasil 2011.20 without the TRC maps, how can i do that? Thanks in advance for your feedback

ok, but i think the deselect will work only after i split the maps, because without it doesn't work, i will research abou GMapTool , thanks for your help, i hope this procedure works for a garmin 255 too , that i've bought as a present for my Dad. Regards

only the give feedback, the GMapTool works and know i can use the map that i want, but until now i could not make the maps works in the garmin 255, could you give any idea how can i works with nuvi 255, i think i need to use mapsource to tranfer the map, but i don't know how to convert the .img file to the extension that mapsource reads, i've tried with GMapTool, spliting to mapsource format but did not work, any light to help ?
